Public bug reported: I have two screens driven by different graphics cards. I configure them in "Screen Display" settings to have the radeon-driven secondary screen on the left, and the intel-driven primary screen on the right. Every time I start up my computer and log in, they are the other way around (primary on the left, secondary on the right).
This problem does not occur when I drive both monitors from the same graphics adaptor (but unfortunately I then get other problems!).
