Public bug reported:
When I try to open another torrent file BitTorrent fails and gives me a
message that the port 98 is in use.
~$ uname -a

Ubuntu 7.04
I attach screenshots of the way to reproduce the bug.
1. First start downloading a big file (time consuming)
2. While the program is running try to save and open new torrent file.
3. Results in error.
