As a hint, hoping it helps. In my case i had the message after GRUB launching. I could see inconsistancies in my /home partition which is EXT3 formated but at install i unthoughfully declare EXT4. As of parameter were showing format EXT4 and another parameter (one like EXT_TYPE) was showing EXT3. I reinstalled selecting EXT3 for my /home and the message doesn't show up any more.
