Oops, excuse me, I've be reporting about another bug and I misread this mail. YES, THIS IS STILL AN ISSUE on my computer.
The system freezes just after grub when the "splash" boot option is present. Symptoms are : I get a "no signal" message from my monitor and the caps lock and scroll lock keyboard lights keep flashing. I have the same problem with the live CDs, whether Feisy or Gutsy Tribe 5 all x86_64 (no problem with 32-bit versions). Tell me if I can give more information or logs of the problem.
