In this case, it looks like urfkill was not able to Online the modem (
see the last log message output ). The current version of urfkill lacks
any kind of retry logic for the modem.
If you still have the syslog, it would be interesting to see the output
from ofono for the same time-frame. Why did the modem fail to come
online?
Also can you confirm the device used?
Finally, can you reproduce this bug with a more recent image?
