i did he said it will be in 2.6.23 I just got a cc of an ACK from Jeff Garzik. He is asking Tejun to rediif and resend the patch, apparently for inclusion
Tejun himself suggested to me that the patch should be included in Ubuntu's kernel 2.6.22.
