Public bug reported:
After update to kernel linux-image-3.13.0-30-generic system did not
longer boot. Grub hangs with blank black screen and blinking underscore
in upper left corner. Grub was installed in partition (filesystem ext4)
using blocklist.
Repair:
- Booting using another GRUB in other partition.
- Running dkpg-reconfigure grub-pc.
