@Manglasape, I take it you have an Nvidia graphics card. There seems to be a separate bug where Nvidia graphics somehow defaults to 50Hz after reboots. I've tried fixing that bug, but it seems it's still not fixed. I don't have Nvidia, so it's hard for me to actually dig deep and try to fix it.
That said, I'm setting this back to verification-needed since your bug seems different. If you don't have Nvidia, then, well, something else is going on.
