Yes, you're right. But I didn't try to upgrade (eg. feisty->gutsy), I was allready on gutsy and there was an update for those packages. Removing them and reinstalling them fixed everything. Probably some dependecy problem between gutsy versions that's now fixed. so for me you can close it. (And sorry for the very late response)
