I tried the following commands, doesn't work after reboot still get: sudo prime-select query unknown
sudo cat /proc/acpi/bbswitch cat: /proc/acpi/bbswitch: No such file or directory I Have to manually load bbswitch as it has stopped starting at boot using: sudo modprobe bbswitch to get sudo cat /proc/acpi/bbswitch 0000:01:00.0 ON sudo update-alternatives --config x86_64-linux-gnu_gl_conf There are 3 choices for the alternative x86_64-linux-gnu_gl_conf (providing /etc/ld.so.conf.d/x86_64-linux-gnu_GL.conf).
