People may like to close the app sometimes.

1) free more memory for other useful apps once it is done
2) if it is network app, there will be no data consumption since it is not 
running. End users do not know how much data the running apps will consume. It 
is a good idea to kill it before putting it int the pocket.

Android apps tend to be closed by pressing the "back" key twice. Of
course some of the apps do not close the app for some reasons.
