Public bug reported: The System Settings->Locale->Country/Region & Language->Languages module is setting a wrong value for the LANGUAGE environment variable in ~/.kde/env/setlocale.sh which leaves some programs running in English and some in other languages.
To reproduce: 1. The System Settings->Locale->Country/Region & Language->Languages 2. Install a couple of different languages, in this example British English, American English, German and Spanish 3. Order Preferred Languages to (top to bottom): American English, British English, German, Spanish 4.
