For me sorting list of plugins dont help, but i think i have some solution. In compiz GeneralSettings->KeyBindings i set my combinations for MinimizeWindow for example or MaximizeWindow. So after reboot i open window and press one of this combinations and after that hot corners are working. (sorry fo my english)) ps. i have ubuntu 14.04
