*** This bug is a duplicate of bug 29620 *** https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/29620
Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. This particular bug has already been reported and is a duplicate of bug #29620. The lexmark driver you linked to is most unlikely to be included in Ubuntu as is, since it doesn't provide it's source code under an acceptable license and (even worse) it's current license even forbids any type of distribution: it literally states "You may not copy the Software into any public network". All you could do is ask lexmark to improve this situation so that their printers work out-of-the-box on linux, but unfortunately chances of success are not very high. Nevertheless, feel free to continue to report any other bugs you may find. ** This bug has been marked a duplicate of bug 29620 No drivers for Lexmark X1150 -- Printer Dell A920 not recognized, but existing drivers https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/135798 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
