Public bug reported: HDMI sound output to my U2414H Dell monitor happens at the wrong bitrate, resulting in sound output at the wrong pitch.
This video demonstrates the problem: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TLCw_-Dr1-8 (Interestingly the rate that youtube plays the video changes as well - seconds count faster) If I suspend and resume the computer, then this bug disappears. I can't find any parameters in /proc/asound that show the incorrect bit rate.
