Public bug reported:

I believe this is the same bug as this:
https://ghc.haskell.org/trac/ghc/ticket/5800

The bug report there says it's fixed already, but I seem to be getting
the same behaviour on the version of hp2ps in the latest ubuntu package.
I'm enclosing a file that produces this bug on my computer in case
something else is going wrong, but I highly suspect the fix just hasn't
been merged yet.
