Public bug reported:

The process 'baloo_file_extractor' cause the machine to be unresponsive.
The process 'baloo_file_extractor' is running with a NICE value of 19
so it's not hogging the CPU. But it is using a lot of RAM. I suspect it
opens too many files at one time. As a result it takes up a lot of ram
for file buffering. the command 'ps' shows
"/usr/bin/baloo_file_extractor 8619 8618 [and a lot more 4digit
numbers]".
