I'm sorry, the patch I attached does not get rid of the noise
apparantely.

With pavucontrol I'm able to get rid of the noise:
Configuration tab: Internal audio -> anything but "Off"
Input devices: Port -> Microphone.

The first step is to be able to change the input device to Microphone.
After that, set the internal audio to "Off", so that you won't have to
do the above steps again.

Also, pavucontrol allows me to set the port to "Headset microphone",
which shouldn't be available with regular headphones.
