Now i tried a Live-CD with U 7.10 Tribe 5: Surprise. I could start the Live-CD.
But only the safe graphics mode leads to a correct desktop. The VEGA mode shows a grey screen with one small window. Otherwise my PC doesn't load Ubuntu with the other graphic modes. I suppose this behaviour is caused by my old pc with a matrox millenium G450 AGP Dualhead graphic card (32 Mb SDRAM). I guess there isn't installed a driver for this card.
