Hello Adam,
there is only an option called "Enable USB3.0 Controller", and it is enabled by 
default.

And...
this firmware works!

Steps (3.11.0-20 on 201307-13941):
1. Disable the Bluetooth, replace the /lib/firmware/intel directory
2. Reboot, enable the Bluetooth and test the headset

Expected result:
* Headset works in both HSP/HFP and A2DP mode

Actual result:
* Bluetooth headset works as expected.
