I installed the ubuntu kernel 3.5.0-49-generic from repositories.
Now dmesg | grep dvb gives:

[ 22.979573] dvb-usb: found a 'AVerMedia A309' in cold state, will try to
load a firmware
[ 23.647451] dvb-usb: downloading firmware from file 'dvb-usb-af9015.fw'
[ 23.714971] dvb-usb: found a 'AVerMedia A309' in warm state.
[ 23.715188] dvb-usb: will pass the complete MPEG2 transport stream to the
software demuxer.
[ 24.206459] dvb-usb: AVerMedia A309 successfully initialized and connected.
[ 24.215501] usbcore: registered new interface driver dvb_usb_af9015

But the card still doesn't work.
w_scan gives:

w_scan version 20130331 (compiled for DVB API 5.10)
guessing country 'IT', use -c <country> to override
using settings for ITALY
DVB aerial
DVB-T Europe
scan type TERRESTRIAL, channellist 4
output format vdr-2.0
output charset 'UTF-8', use -C <charset> to override
Info: using DVB adapter auto detection.
main:3228: FATAL: ***** NO USEABLE TERRESTRIAL CARD FOUND. *****
Please check wether dvb driver is loaded and
verify that no dvb application (i.e. vdr) is running.

Could someone help me investigate the problem?
