I created a new user, so now I have snifer (the old user) and snifer2
(the new user).

Now I get the following situations after a reboot:

1. I log in as snifer; CTRL+ALT+L doesn't work for snifer. I switch to
snifer2 (using fast-user-switch-applet); CTRL+ALT+L works for snifer2. I
switch back to snifer; CTRL+ALT+L still doesn't work for snifer.

2. I log in as snifer2; CTRL+ALT+L doesn't work for snifer2. I switch to
snifer (using fast-user-switch-applet); CTRL+ALT+L works for snifer. I
switch back to snifer2; CTRL+ALT+L still doesn't work for snifer2.
