Reply for comment #13: I found iwlwifi-7265-8.ucode appears under /lib/firmware/, but the 12.04.4 OS can't recognize StonePeak card, and doesn't load wifi driver. So 12.04 can't support StonePeak. I will test StonePeak only on ubuntu 14.04.
