I've been running Ubuntu for 5 years, and using shutter for most of that
time. I have used each released version starting with 8.10. In all
versions 13.10 and prior when an image was captured with Shutter, I
could right click on the image, a menu selection would give me an open
with option, and I could open the selected image in Gimp. I have three
computers with 14.04 installed. Two were clean installs, one was an
upgrade from 13.10. On the upgrade machine, things work as always. I can
capture the image, right click on it, and open it with Gimp. On the two
14.04 clean install machines, the "open with" menu is grayed out, and
not functional.
