Public bug reported:
Can't import jpg images into Scratch (default system version 1.4 - Trusty).
Once imported the picture is nothing and Scrath says 480x360 but 0,01KB.
However, CAN import gif and png.
As you can see in the attachment, the first background is a jpg (nothing
0,01KB), the second one a gif picture and is OK.
