apport information

** Tags added: apport-collected trusty

** Description changed:

The swap partition fails to initialise and causes the boot process to
hang on the server version of 14.04. This error is unrecoverable, on
num-lock and CTRL-ALT-DEL seem to work, no other terminal is accessible
  through keyboard combinations.

- I have wiped the partitions and reinstalled and have had a running
- version of the desktop on the same drive.
