Public bug reported: Hi, This could be the same problem I had previously, but since it appears an updated Linux kernel has been installed, I thought I should let your entomologists know the bug seems to be still around. Thank you for past comments and explanations regarding it, although some were a bit hard to follow. I believe a new LTS version of Ubuntu is due, and hopefully switching over to it will eliminate the current recurring problem, Cheers, Norm
