Bug still exists in 14.04 64bit, (if one window active and minimized) no way to bring minimized nautilus to front if the ntfs partition selected in it by clicking or right click list the nautilus icon at the left panel. (Alt+Tab and mouse wheel is working normally)
(if two windows opened and all of them minimized) No matter what folder selected it maximizes the windows.
