The last sign of life in the log.txt is that a part of HPLIP is trying
to investigate your Epson printer. The command

hp-makeuri -c EPSON61D4D8

is run.

EPSON61D4D8 is the host name of your printer. Its IP is 192.168.0.105.

In a terminal window, try the following command:

hp-makeuri -c EPSON61D4D8

Does this command exit? Or do you need to stop it with Ctrl+C? Can you
post the output of this command?

What is the output of the commands

host EPSON61D4D8
host 192.168.0.105
hp-makeuri -c 192.168.0.105

What do you get with the following URLs in a browser:

http://EPSON61D4D8/
http://192.168.0.105/
