There is no "Unity add printer dialog". Where exactly did you click on "Add printer"?
I assume that you are using system-config-printer, the default printer setup tool. To get more debug information, open a terminal window and run the command system-config-printer --debug 2>&1 | tee log.txt go the steps until getting the frozen dialog, the press Ctrl+C in the terminal window (or run "xkill" in a new tab of the terminal window and click the frozen dialog). After that attach log.txt to this bug report. ** Changed in: system-config-printer (Ubuntu) Status: New => Incomplete -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1313157 Title: Unity add printer dialog is frozen after upgrade To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/system-config-printer/+bug/1313157/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
