Hi,
I never tested an upgrade from Ubuntu 9.10.
According to the attached Apttermlog, you may have been suffering from a lack
of disk space:
Setting up gramps (4.0.3+dfsg-2) ...
[Errno 28] No space left on device
[Errno 28] No space left on device
...
[Errno 28] No space left on device:
'/usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/gramps/plugins/webreport/webcal.pyc.139799053949168'
....
Can you confirm that you have enough disk space? You may need to remove gramps,
and then install it again.
