Public bug reported: I've recently upgraded from Ubuntu 12.04.4 LTS to 14.04 LTS. I've noticed, that the mail icon is hidden. I've reinstalled the package: `sudo apt-get install --reinstall indicator-messages` - it was successful, but didn't change anything. Tried to install thunderbird, but nothing changed.
If I want to run it manually ($ indicator-messages or with Alt+F2) the command not found... I know, that it is hidden, because I'm using GMail Notifier, which displays itself, and it works.
