Public bug reported:
I can't change keyboard layout in Qt Creator. I can use only layout that
was selected when I launched Ubuntu SDK. It changing at indicator but I
still continue typing using layout selected before launch.
P.S. Also, I can't change layout at lock screen using keyboard shortcut,
but I can change it using mouse.
