This happened to me too a couple of times. The first lockscreen accepted my password, let me in for a second and then the lockscreen was presented again and from that prompt my password leaked to application with focus behind the locker. I removed light-locker package and didn't see the problem anymore... Until after a day or two bug appeared again and this time my password leaked to IRC.
It seems that Tahr wasn't so trusty. I changed to a different window environment a month ago and "surprisingly" haven't seen the problem since then.
