I can make it happen pretty easily. Pin facebook, twitter and G+ to the launcher. Reboot phone, wake up in the morning and want to check your social circle. Pull out launcher, tap twitter Don't bother waiting for it to start, pull out launcher, tap facebook Again, don't wait, tap G+. Swipe in from right, see bar.
