I downgraded the following packages: $ sudo apt-get install libgl1-mesa-dri=6.5.2-3ubuntu7 libgl1-mesa- glx=6.5.2-3ubuntu7 libgl1-mesa-dev=6.5.2-3ubuntu7 mesa-common- dev=6.5.2-3ubuntu7 mesa-utils=6.5.2-3ubuntu7 libglu1-mesa=6.5.2-3ubuntu7 libglu1-mesa-dev=6.5.2-3ubuntu7
and restarted the computer, but it didn't fix the problem. Maybe it's caused by some other package?
