Public bug reported: I am on giffgaff in the UK. Whenever a call or sms finishes, I get a message from them telling me my balance. This recently started working on my ubuntu phone where it previously never did. On iOS the message is a full screen overlay (not a usual text message) and has one option to dismiss it. On Ubuntu the message comes as a notification and has OK and Cancel buttons. Both buttons if pressed take me to System Settings -> Updates
