I completely agree with Sarah Hobbs, nobody would use such a feature.
I'm a programmer and a computer technician, users complain about startup
windows which are bothersome especially at program startup. Most people
also don't like stupid tooltip boxes to appear on any program, those are
completely useless as well. People just want to use the computer, not go
through every on screen guided tour. Many of the older computer users
want a book over a help program on the computer.

Cyrille, you should help with an Ubuntu book and not waste people's time
with such a knowledgeable request.
