Public bug reported: The version of libjs-jquery-hotkeys that we have in Ubuntu Trusty has been synced from Debian. The Debian package contains serveral changes (that aren't present in upstream) that break the python-coverage HTML reports.
I filed a bug in Debian (https://bugs.debian.org/cgi- bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=740893) in the hopes that we could fix the problem in Debian, and sync the fix into Ubuntu. However, after several weeks we're no closer to a fix. I'd like to propose that we revert the package in Ubuntu until a fix is present in Debian. More details about the exact failure, and how to reproduce it are present in the Debian bug (https://bugs.debian.org/cgi- bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=740893) ProblemType: Bug DistroRelease: Ubuntu 14.04 Package: libjs-jquery-hotkeys 0~20130707+git2d51e3a9+dfsg-2 ProcVersionSignature: Ubuntu 3.13.0-19.40-generic 3.13.6 Uname: Linux 3.13.0-19-generic x86_64 NonfreeKernelModules: nvidia ApportVersion: 2.13.3-0ubuntu1 Architecture: amd64 CurrentDesktop: Unity Date: Thu Apr 3 08:45:08 2014 InstallationDate: Installed on 2014-01-06 (86 days ago) InstallationMedia: Ubuntu 14.04 LTS "Trusty Tahr" - Alpha amd64 (20140105) PackageArchitecture: all SourcePackage: libjs-jquery-hotkeys UpgradeStatus: No upgrade log present (probably fresh install) ** Affects: libjs-jquery-hotkeys (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: amd64 apport-bug trusty -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1301574 Title: jquery hotkeys version in Ubuntu breaks python coverage html reports To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libjs-jquery-hotkeys/+bug/1301574/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
