Public bug reported: Reproducible sequence:
1. Click on the Volume/Sound settings option in Ubuntu 2. Underneath Rhythmbox, click the Play icon. 3. Rhythmbox will load, however the icon does not turn into the Pause icon gracefully. It turns into a box (see attached screenshot). 4. Problem goes away after clicking back into the Volume/Sound area.
