It seems the battery was completely full:
517592 Mar 18 12:34:14 ubuntu-phablet kernel: [ 1483.263365]
bq27541_get_capacity = 98% ret= 97
517593 Mar 18 12:34:14 ubuntu-phablet kernel: [ 1483.263822]
bq27541_get_capacity = 100% ret= 100

Last message happened when the device was waking up from suspend, and you can
also see that rsyslogd was terminated (happens when halting the system):
517628 Mar 18 12:34:14 ubuntu-phablet kernel: [ 1483.564665] PM: Finishing
wakeup.
517629 Mar 18 12:34:14 ubuntu-phablet rsyslogd: [origin software="rsyslogd"
swVersion="7.4.4" x-pid="665" x-info="http://www.rsyslog.com";] exiting on
signal 15.

Boot reason was also fine (bootreason=Reboot), so not caused by a
possible charging-only boot state.

** Changed in: android (Ubuntu)
