I though i did it, but it seems no. After a reboot, i tried it again, and now the new admin user can use both without problem. I still have a crash when i add a new user with a non admin user (which is understable since i shouldn't be able to do it.) but it seems to be already reported several time upstream : http://bugzilla.gnome.org/buglist.cgi?product=gnome-system-tools&component=users-admin and it was not this one i was pointed. Close this one.
