I can confirm this, using XUbuntu Feisty with latest updates incl.
kernel 2.6.20-16-generic.

Leaving the computer alone for a few minutes always result in a bunch of
errormessages in dmesg similar to those above:

"usb 1-1: reset low speed USB device using ohci_hcd and address 4"

The mouse no longer works and typing on the keyboard results in repeated
characters. The solution is to unplug and plug in the USB-mouse.
However, doing this ten to fifteen times a day gets to be very annoying!
