Before the update i had to run bluez-simple-agent to get bluetooth working. Now it just does not find the device. I tested bluetooth with a usb bluetooth dongle, and bluetooth transfers work, given that bluez- simple-agent command is running. I can even discover the native bluetooth adapter through the usb bluetooth dongle.
The following dump is made by 'enabling' bluetooth in the unity-control- center. This only lasts a limited time, before the hcidump utility crashes due to the 'Can't open device: No such device' message. ** Attachment added: "hci.log" https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/bluez/+bug/1284649/+attachment/4021852/+files/hci.log -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1284649 Title: bluetooth devices no longer connect to the system To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/bluez/+bug/1284649/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
