Public bug reported:

click-user-hooks fails when starting the phablet session, making it
unable to start any click packages:

Error (also from the crash file):

It seems that this error happens because phablet is unable to create any
file/dir at /opt/click.ubuntu.com:
$ ls -l /opt/
