You should not post a bug report here for the PPA version of the freecad package. This channel is for the package available in the official Ubuntu repositories, and the FreeCAD project does not maintain it.

OCE is a third-party library used as the geometric modeling kernel, and the version in Ubuntu is hopelessly outdated.
