Binary package hint: kmediafactory
When kmediafactory is installed, it does not add an entry into the main
menu. It can be added to the menu manually however. Note, this is not a
case of where logging out and back in after installation in will cause
it to appear. This problem is being reported for Gusty, but it was
present in Feisty as well.
