Public bug reported: Dear developers! After upgrading from Ubuntu 13.04 to Ubuntu 13.10 x64 the screen always stays on at standard brightness. After specified time it does not go blank. It may cause quicker LED degradation. I tried different settings without a result. With best regards. Viktor.
