I notice that the bug hasn't been updated in a while, a patch that fixes the issue exists and can be integrated in the same way as bug 71049 (quirk-based bpp clamping bypass). Can this patch be reviewed & integrated so that we can consider the issue fixed with this laptop and move on ?
