Use this trick :

Set all the extensions you want to be on. Then run:
gsettings get org.gnome.shell enabled-extensions

This should come up with something like
[wilf@whm ~]$ gsettings get org.gnome.shell enabled-extensions
['user-th...@gnome-shell-extensions.gcampax.github.com',
'status-area-horizontal-spac...@mathematical.coffee.gmail.com',
'coverflowalt...@palatis.blogspot.com']

Copy the output, and then run gnome-session-properties

Press add, and then enter the output of gsettings get org.gnome.shell
enabled-extensions "['use... ...blogspot.com']" - PUT THE DOUBLE QUOTES
IN, OTHERWISE THIS WILL NOT WORK (If not sure, test the command in the
terminal first - if no feedback is give, it worked).
